We are seeking an Administrator with an interest in work, health and safety or compliance to work within a key client account.
Working within the BGIS onsite compliance team, this role will be to assist with reporting and administration in relation to quality assurance and work, health and safety across a number of sites. This position is based between our clients locations in Singleton and Williamtown.
This position would suit an individual who has recently completed a qualifcation within WHS or who is interested in developing a career within this field.
Due to security clearance requirements for this account to be successful in this role you must have Australian Citizenship.
- Maintain and update the WHS management system and incident register
- Maintain a register of Hazardous Material and Dangerous Goods Incidents
- Primary responsibility for administration of the Permit to Work system
- Audit subcontractor WHS compliance
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar administration role
- Qualification/Certificate within WHS would be adventageous although not essential
- Knowledge of QHSE, WHS is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
