We are seeking an Administrator with an interest in work, health and safety or compliance to work within a key client account across the Sydney Metropolitan area.
Working within the BGIS onsite compliance team, this role will assist with reporting and administration in relation to quality assurance and work, health and safety across a number of sites.
This position would suit an individual who has recently completed a qualifcation within WHS or who is interested in developing a career within this field.
Due to security clearance requirements for this account to be successful in this role you must have Australian Citizenship.
- Maintain and update the WHS management system
- Maintain a register of Hazardous Material and Dangerous Goods Incidents
- Manage the incident register
- Primary responsibility for administration of the Permit to Work system
- Audit subcontractor WHS compliance
- Provide monthly reporting to the client as required.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar Administrator position
- Knowledge of QHSE/WHS is desirable
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Advanced Excel
